1. Smith Wigglesworth: Smith Wigglesworth was one of the most anointed men of God that has lived in recent times. He was known as the "Apostle of Faith." He was born in 1859 in England and died in 1947 at the age of 87. Over the years of his ministry, he healed thousands of people and raised a total of 23 from death
2. John G. Lake: John G. Lake was known as God's "Apostle to Africa." He was born in 1870. Shortly after his birth, his family relocated to the United States where he grew up. His healing and preaching ministry spanned the years 1898 until his death in 1935 at the age of 65. In 1908, he was sent by God to South Africa where he began tremendous revival with mighty healings, miracles and deliverances, which was to profoundly impact the African continent for years to come. In 1913, following the tragic death of his wife, he returned to America. Over the time of his ministry, more than hundred thousand people were healed by the power of God.
3. MARIA WOODWORTH-ETTER: Maria Woodworth-Etter was born in 1844 in Lisbon, Ohio, United States. She was called by God to preach at a time when people did not believe that women should preach. In fact, at this time, women were not allowed to vote in the United States. She saw the death of her little children one by one until she decided to obey Jesus Christ and go and preach the gospel. Maria had one of the most powerful ministries and anointing with outstanding healings, miracles and wonders.
She would come into a town after sleeping in a tenth and within days there would be approximately 20,000 people in her meetings. At times, God would give people working in the fields around her meetings arena visions of heaven and hell, and they would fall to the ground under tremendous anointing. For all surroundings around her meeting arena, people would be falling to the ground and repenting. She died in September. 1924 at the age of 80.
4. JOHN ALEXANDER DOWIE: John Alexander Dowie was born in 1847, but spent much of his early life in Australia. He was a fighter, boldly battling the sin and compromise he found all around him even as a young minister in Australia. In later years, he became probably the most renowned pioneer of divine healing worldwide, and by the turn of the century, he had become known to millions of people around the world.
In his early years of outstanding success in Chicago, where the power of God was being constantly demonstrated and hundreds being healed of every affliction. The devil launched several attacks on him. He was arrested over 100 times on fabricated charges and ceaselessly attacked by the most prominent media men in the city. He even suffered street riots and attempts upon his life. Eventually, he won through with credibility intact and became God's most effective champion of divine healing in America to that point. He died on 9, March, 1907 at the of 60.
