BIOGRAPHY Of BENNY HINN
Benny Hinn is an evangelist best known for his miracle crusades usually held in stadiums in major cities around the world. He was born on December 3, 1952 in the port city of Jaffa in Israel. He was raised within the Eastern Orthodox tradition.
In 1968, he moved with his family to Canada. In February 1972, he surrendered his heart and life to Jesus Christ. Soon afterward, he was called by God into ministry. As a teenager in Toronto, Benny Hinn converted from Greek Orthodoxy to Pentecostalism.
His healing ministry was greatly influenced by Kathryn Kuhlman. On 21, December 1973, he traveled by charter bus from Toronto to Pittsburgh to attend a miracle service conducted by evangelist Kathryn Kuhlman. In April, 1974, he received a vision of people falling into a roaring inferno and heard the words, "If you do not preach, every soul who falls will be your responsibility"
On December 7, 1974, four days after his 22nd birthday, Benny Hinn first stood behind a pulpit to preach the gospel and his stuttering problem became healed. From that moment, he would fearlessly seek to fulfill the Lord's commission. Benny Hinn conducts regular Miracle Crusades each year. In one of his crusades held in India, a total of 7.3 million people were in attendance in three different services, making it the largest healing service in recorded history. Thousands of sick people were healed at this crusade.

His thirty-minute TV program "This Is Your Day" is among the world's most watched Christian programs. It is seen on various Christian television networks including Trinity Broadcasting Network, Daystar Television Network, INSP Networks and many others.
Through his television networks and face to face preachings, Pastor Benny Hinn has preached the gospel to more than a billion people. Through his miracle services, conferences and TV broadcasts, his message of God's love has inpired hundreds of millions to a personal relationship with the lord Jesus Christ.
Benny Hinn married Suzanne Harthern on 4, August, 1979. The couple have four children. They divorced in 2010 citing irreconcilable differences but remarried in 2013 after reconciliation
